Shipping
All orders placed between 12 a.m. & 2 p.m. pacific standard time typically will be shipped on the same day. This is generally the same around peak holiday season, but may vary. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday typically will be pulled, packed and shipped on that upcoming Monday.
Standard shipping times are 2-5 business days throughout the United States. Standard shipping times for all other countries are 7-14 business days. Orders placed after our cutoff shipping time will be packed and shipped out immediately next day.

We DO NOT offer FedEx overnight shipping. It is too unreliable and they suspended refunds for late deliveries as of Nov 21'.
If you absolutely need a package sent via overnight, please select from one of our following shipping options at checkout.

When your order is processed, packaged, and shipped you will receive a tracking link with your tracking number via email.
Please note: When you receive your tracking link and it is showing as "Pre-Shipment" it can take up to 24 hours to update.
Not to worry, your order has been shipped and awaiting a scan.
SHIPPING RATES
We proudly cover the cost of shipping to our customers anywhere in the U.S.
While we do offer free shipping to you anywhere in the U.S., orders that weigh 16 oz or more will automatically be moved to priority shipping - per USPS shipping rules.
International rates will vary from country to country. Because we cover shipping, customers will cover the shipping cost for returns on non damaged items. See our return policy for more information.
BACK ORDERS
We do not do backorders because we do not want you to wait.
Most of our RFID Signal Blocker Shells run out of stock extremely fast. It is highly recommended that you contact our support team at - support@hyperyion.com to secure your spot for the next batch of shells should this happen.
They will highlight your message and keep you updated via phone or email.
When it becomes available again, you will be notified first so take advantage!
