All orders placed between 12 a.m. & 2 p.m. pacific standard time typically will be shipped on the same day. This is generally the same around peak holiday season, but may vary. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday typically will be pulled, packed and shipped on that upcoming Monday.
Standard shipping times are 2-5 business days throughout the United States. Standard shipping times for all other countries are 7-14 business days. Orders placed after our cutoff shipping time will be packed and shipped out immediately next day.
We DO NOT offer FedEx overnight shipping. It is too unreliable and they suspended refunds for late deliveries as of Nov 21'.

When your order is processed, packaged, and shipped you will receive a tracking link with your tracking number via email.
Please note: When you receive your tracking link and it is showing as "Pre-Shipment" it can take up to 24 hours to update.

While we do offer free shipping to you anywhere in the U.S., orders that weigh 16 oz or more will automatically be moved to priority shipping - per USPS shipping rules.
International rates will vary from country to country. Because we cover shipping, customers will cover the shipping cost for returns on non damaged items. See our return policy for more information.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and keep you updated daily by phone or email. If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
